Celebrating a Milestone: My Book is a Finalist in the Inaugural ACFW Kid Lit Contest!

I am beyond thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you! My book has been named a finalist in the very first American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) Kid Lit Contest in the category of Published Young Adult novels. This recognition is a significant milestone in my writing journey, and I am deeply honored to be acknowledged among such talented authors, especially in the inaugural year of this prestigious contest.

The ACFW Kid Lit Contest celebrates the best in Christian children’s and young adult literature, highlighting works that not only entertain but also inspire and uplift readers with messages of faith and hope. Being a finalist in this first-ever contest is a blessing that acknowledges the hard work, passion, and dedication that has gone into creating my book.

For those who may not be familiar with the contest, you can check out the full list of finalists and winners here. It’s an incredible lineup of stories that are sure to captivate and encourage young readers.

Writing is a labor of love for me. I pour my heart and soul into each story, hoping to weave messages of hope and faith in a way that resonates with both Christian and non-Christian audiences. To see my work recognized in this inaugural contest is truly humbling and inspiring.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my readers, friends, and family for your unwavering support. Your encouragement has been a source of strength and motivation throughout this journey. I am also grateful to the ACFW KidLit chapter for this honor and for their commitment to promoting quality Christian literature.

As I continue to write and share stories, I am reminded of the power of faith and the impact that words can have on our lives. This recognition is not just a personal achievement but a celebration of the message of hope that all of these authors strive to convey through their writing.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Here’s to more stories, more inspiration, and more milestones to come!

With gratitude, Angela
